How we can help

The Walpole Community Resource Centre (CRC) provides a wide variety of services and facilities to residents of and visitors to Walpole & Districts. Even if we can’t provide what you need we will be able to point you in the right direction.

​Walpole CRC (formerly called the Walpole Telecentre) serves as the Walpole & Districts’ primary access point, branch, information source, or agent for:

  • Australian Electoral Commission (AEC)
  • Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
  • Centrelink
  • Medicare
  • Department of Human Services
  • Department of Veteran’s Affairs
  • Womens Health & Family Services’ Rural in Reach​

Walpole CRC publishes the Walpole Weekly community newspaper. There are compelling and cost-effective advertising opportunities available should you wish to target residents, businesses, and visitors to Walpole & Districts.

Walpole CRC’s meeting room, equipped with the latest teleconferencing, videoconferencing, and audiovisual technology, can accommodate up to 35 people in comfort. And we can cater!

The CRC manages other larger community facilities under license from the Shire of Manjimup so let us help you host and organise your big event.

Walpole CRC provides the following business or personal office services to members of the community as well as visitors to Walpole & Districts:

  • Computer Use​
  • Wifi/LAN Broadband Internet Access (Email, Skype, Facebook, et cetera)
  • Video Conferencing Facilities
  • Fax Facilities
  • Photocopying
  • Printing
  • Scanning
  • Laminating
  • Document Binding
  • Website Design, Hosting, Content Management

Many of these services are offered at discounted rates for CRC members.

Some of Walpole CRC’s facilities and services may need to be booked in advance so even if you are not yet sure what you want or need, or you are not yet ready, be sure to drop by the Walpole CRC or call us on +61 (0) 9840 1395 to say hello to our friendly staff and volunteers.​

    Not that I am aware of. The Manjimup Shire does have a stategic plan for Walpole of what they would like to see in time but very much subject to funding. What are your thoughts?

  5. Does Walpole have any plant hire companies or tree loppers ? I need to hire a EWP or work platform for a few days.
